WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Between year-end responsibilities and the hustle and bustle of the holidays, we know the winter season can quickly become a stressful time of year for many organizations. We strive to create a seamless planning experience for our clients, to offload any additional work and offer a completely turnkey experience that allows you to focus on the content that matters most to you! Whether that be programming, networking, or simply celebrating the successes of your team this year. Our all-inclusive Executive Experience rental package includes;
- Up to an 8 hour venue rental
- Tables & chairs, including our elevated wooden harvest tables
- A linen package. (Guests counts over 100 receive up to 20 linens consisting of an assortment of sizes. Guest counts under 100 receive up to 10 linens, consisting of an assortment of sizes.)
- Our dedicated venue coordination and personalized planning assistance
- Coat check included up to 5 hours from guest arrival to departure
- Security service for up to 5 hours during event
- Onsite parking included with 130 parking spaces available
- Additional rentals including our easels, courtyard cafe lighting, in-house projector and podium.

From daytime boxed lunches, to dinner buffets, plated meals and even appetizers, our catering partners have curated a simplified selection of offerings to complement your desired event style and menu.
The Hutton House team will assist in curating your custom bar service, designed around your guest count, length of event, and preferred menu. A standard beverage minimum will apply.
